Yesterday, Wednesday 18, 2022, it was reported on Liberian dance hall artist Can C’s Facebook page that she was involved in a “…terrible accident in JFK”, and it looked like someone else wrote the post. Maybe her husband, a friend or one of her family members. From the way the message was written, someone other than the musician must’ve posted the status.

There has been no report about what really happened, however, two images of the artiste have already been repeatedly shared: One of which she is seen sitting in a wheelchair; wearing lappa with bandage on her left foot and a hospital name tag.

The other image shows that her left hand, the second to the last finger is the one injured. And then her leg with a big stitches wound.

The singer is known to pull pranks on social media. Now whether or not it is real, some people have questioned whether this might be another prank being pulled.

However, we’ll assume that this is real and that we hope JFK was able to provide proper treatment, “because a fingertip injury can cause problems with hand function and may even result in permanent deformity or disability.”

According to Medical News Today, “if a finger is severed , someone should immediately administer first aid and store the finger in the uptight container inside another container with ice. The severed part of the finger should never come into direct contact with the ice.”

We hope JFK was able to do all of this to save her finger tip.

If surgery was done right, Can C could take months to recover from this injury. We are sending love and speedy recovery her way.
