Kwame Oldpa Weeks has been named LSV’s Staff Writer, effective as of Wednesday April 11. Further bolstering the company’s ability to report detailed articles and provide current analysis on every Liberian artist.
The appointment came in a three-paragraphed letter emailed by CEO Augustina Kou Monpleh which read in part: “We have been following your regular postings on celebrities news. We believe that your writing is profound and we will love to have you join our team. We are delighted to offer you the position as Liberian Star Views’ executive staff writer.”
The letter continued, “By joining our winning team you will become a part of a dedicated growing team that works together to provide our audience/clients with the highest possible level of professional service.”

“I’m so excited to be joining LSV at a time when there is so much enthusiasm about Liberian music, art and culture,” Weeks said in a statement.
