Born Felton Flomo Jr. , in Gbarnga City, Bong County on November 2, 2002, to parents Larry Flomo and Benita Nukolo.
The young upcoming singer and song-writer describes his style of music as Afro-beats, however, he likes to explored other genres that will enhanced his musical skills. His inspiration is drawn from music he listens to while mostly alone.
His interest for music started at his high school Grace Baptist Institute in Gbarnga and later attended the Bong Mines Central High school near Kakata City. Upon his move to Monrovia in 2014, he enrolled in the Hill-ton School of the Future where he is to graduate this year (2021) with a high school Diploma.
TecKine started making music in 2019, when he recorded his first song titled “Come back”, featuring Swagg King. He then recorded his first single in 2020 titled “Lyde”.
Other than singing and writing music, Teckine is a graphic designer and does graphic design during his leisure time away from school.
TecKine is a fan and admires artistes like Cjay, Fireboy, Rema, Jslught, Jeredo , etc.
According to Teckine, his goal is to takes pride in making music that will be relate-able to his audience and “everyday happenings”.
Lastly, he’ll like his music to be played by global audience and help bring pride to Mama Liberia.
