Malomine says, Nene kept posting images of her husband and her back to back on social, which also took an emotional toll on her. According to TMZ, the document which is in their possession, “Malomine claims she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection”, from Nyonisela.

Malomine is reportedly suing for more than $100K.

The media claimed they’ve reached out to Nene, but there has been no words from the reality tv and business woman.

Just in case you’re wondering how this lawsuit will work. Well, we found out from TMZ that in the state of North Carolina, where Nyonisela and his wife (not together) live, “is one of 7 states where a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection. Most states have disallowed such suits, because it’s really just the game of love.”
